With our monthly plan, you get expert design only when you need it. When you don’t, you can always pause your subscription. It’s flexible, cost-effective, and ensures you’re always getting the most out of your design budget.

Nope! Once you’re subscribed to either a Standard or Pro design subscription, you can have as many design requests as you’d like in your design queue. They will be delivered one at a time in the order you decide.

On most requests, designs will be delivered, on average, in 48 hours. More complex requests will take more time.

A design request can take many forms, whether it's a comprehensive project requiring wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and UI component libraries, or a smaller task such as designing a landing page for your new business. One of the most common questions I get about this model is how it can address the large, complex challenges faced by SaaS or e-commerce clients. To tackle these, we collaborate to break down the work into manageable pieces, similar to an agile team's approach. This ensures that each aspect of the project is addressed methodically, leading to cohesive and effective design solutions.

This is all very flexible! If at any time you find yourself not having any design needs, simply pause your subscription at any point. The remaining days in your subscription will be saved for your future design needs.

All designs will be made and delivered in Figma.

Upon onboarding with Aether Design, you will have access to your design board in Trello! You can draft your design requests using whatever is best for you, whether that’s a google doc, images, wireframes, or perhaps a short Loom video. Basically, whatever can be linked in Trello is great.

Then we’re not done! We will revise the design until you’re 100% happy.

Yes. My specialty lies in UX/UI design, web design, and product design. Aether Design does not cover the following: 3D modeling, animated graphics, packaging, print design (magazines, books, etc.), logos, and branding.

Then, this can still work for you! You can get what you need, then pause your subscription. When you have another request down the line, you can use the remaining time of your previously paid months for these requests.

Due to the flexibility and quality of the design work, there will be no refunds issued. If you are not satisfied with the work, there is always the option for a hassle-free cancellation moving forward.
